All the mechanical MS parts made by CNC job as per weight tolerance. ABS materials head & leg bow with one having SS IV stand with 4 location. It should be Urinal hook provision fitted at the sides. Mounted on 100mm medical castors two with brake. Backrest 750-800 and Knee rest 350 manipulated by Manual Screw Mechanism ss adjustable handle with PP molded. Powder Coat: 7 tank process powder coating 70 to 80 Microns Caustic - running water-HCL-running water- hot phosphate- running water- heat chamber -for removal of scratches - heat chamber-for final paint.
