Frame work made of 60 mm X 40mm/50mm x 25mm rectangular pipe thickness 1.9mm H type trolley stand made of 38mm square pipe thickness 1.5mm with 12mm soiled threading bush in each column for fitting of castor. All the mechanical MS parts made by CNC job as per weight tolerance. ABS materials head & leg bow with one having SS IV stand with 4 location. It should be Urinal hook provision fitted at the sides. Mounted on 100mm medical castors two with brake. Backrest 750-800 and Knee rest 350 manipulated by Manual Screw Mechanism ss adjustable handle with PP molded. Overall size: 1980 mm (L) X 1000 mm (W) X 600 mm (H). Powder Coat: 7 tank process powder coating 70 to 80 Microns Caustic - running water-HCL-running water- hot phosphate- running water- heat chamber -for removal of scratches - heat chamber-for final paint.
